Wendy is the Owner of Wright Way Behavior Services, located in St. Louis, MO serving the St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and surrounding cities. Wendy, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at Russell Sage College in 2012. She worked as an Associate Behavior Analyst for 16 years for the St. Louis County Special School District. There, she managed a case load of school-age children providing behavior analytic services to children with an educational diagnosis of autism. She served as an Executive Director of a once prominent special needs company for Kipp Public Charter Schools where she worked with the student’s Speech-Language Pathologist, IEP case managers, school administration, and the parents to decrease problem behavior and increase social and emotional regulation skills. She has also privately worked as an independent behavior analyst for over 15 years. Wendy’s experience led her to open Wright Way Behavior Services in 2019. The intent of Wright Way Behavior services LLC is to provide ethical and effective behavior analysis services. Wendy sits on 2 Missouri state committees. The Regional Behavior Support Review Committee provides ongoing guidance and recommendations for behavior analysts throughout the state of Missouri. The St Louis Professional Learning Community Committee’s purpose is to collaborate with various professional fields to ensure professionals in the Missouri human service field have a uniform solution to the various processes needed to treat and provide service.

Bryant Bell

Bryant started his education at Truman State and is now studying at the University of Missouri, St Louis, in the area of Computer Science and Cyber Security.  Bryant is certified in Applied IT Helpdesk and Applied Cyber Security of Business.  Bryant serves as a Registered Behavior Technician at Wright Way Behavior Services LLC. Bryant has experience with direct implementation of discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, and facilitating incidental learning with individuals ranging from school age to adulthood. Bryant has experience working with individuals with various disabilities and behavioral needs.

Elisabeth Forte

Elisabeth earned her Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Elisabeth began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2012 servicing clients between two and 55 years old with a wide range of developmental disabilities. Elisabeth has experience with direct implementation, direct assessment, staff and parent training, data analysis, functional behavior assessments, organizational behavior management, and extensive experience with empirical literature synthesis and application. Elisabeth serves as a provisionally licensed Behavior Analyst at Wright Way Behavior Services LLC.
